  • Too sick to get up and out of the bed? Membership includes 2 free house visits per year for members who live within 20 miles of the clinic. Additional house visits available for members at $250/member/visit.

  • Annual labs including the following are included with your membership:
    Complete Blood Count (CBC)- Blood levels/screen for anemia and leukemia

    Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)- Kidney function, liver function, electrolyte, nutritional status

    Hemoglobin A1c- Diabetes Screening

    Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)- Thyroid screen

    Lipid Panel (LP)- Cholesterol levels

    Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)- Prostate cancer screening *men only*
